Dear Winelovers, Gourmets and Internet Surfers!

This site should remind to the experience of the arrival or homecoming, which unmistakably catches someone when they look around the first time from the small square in front of the press-house, over the vineyards of Csopak and Paloznak and Lake Balaton. From the devotion that seizes the visitor at the top of the sixty-four stairs of the cellar. Of course only in cyberspace. Even the best wine description could not give back the experience of the wines of Csopak, tasting them in the summer sunset or in the autumn mist. So the purpose of this website is that people take a liking to visit us in our cellar and our panoramic, slightly larger tastingvenue, where we serve cold dishes to our guests, to stop at our small wine shop on road 71 or at our winery. In lack of time just order a bottle of Csopak-wine in a restaurant or take some off from the shelf of a wine shop.
Our aim is to provide the visitors with all information they maybe need, to communicate our news and to give a possibility to send opinions/feedbacks easily to us.

TERRACE

During the winter snowdrifts, the spring almond blossoms, the summer afternoons and sunsets, and the yellowing vineyards waiting for the vintage you can taste our wines on our guest waiting wine terrace in ideal conditions. Around us the slopes facing the lake: Siralomvágó, Lőczedomb and Sáfránkert and below there is Balaton. In the glass, the wines are glittering at an ideal temperature, while a meaningful conversation about flavors, soil, people or technology is taking place. The tasted wines can be accompanied with flavors harmonizing with them, such as our beautiful cold dishes with Serrano ham, baked goat and cows’ cheese, Sicilian olive and fresh bread. After making an appointment and agreeing on the menu, we will be waiting for you and your company with wine dinner. If we have the time and the cellar work that is going on lets us to do so, we will be glad to guide you around in our almost 200 years-old cellar, made of freestone.
